This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Castingdoor Private Limited ("Company," "We," or "Our") regarding your use of the Castingdoor mobile application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the App.

You further agree that you will not use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Castingdoor Private Limited concerning the use of the App.

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your account information confidential and immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App responsibly and respectfully, and you must not engage in the following:
Abusive or Offensive Behavior: You shall not post, transmit, or share content or engage in behavior that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or offensive to other users, or violate any other user’s rights, including their privacy rights.
Objectionable Content: You shall not submit, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful, or violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Spam or Misleading Content: You shall not engage in any form of spam, misleading behavior, or manipulation, including but not limited to phishing, advertising, or selling products/services in an unauthorized manner.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account for any violation of these terms.

3. Content Moderation
Castingdoor Private Limited may, at its discretion, review, monitor, or remove content posted by users. We are not obligated to do so, but we may remove content that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
4. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Abuse
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or harassment. Any user found engaging in abusive behavior, including but not limited to bullying, hate speech, or threatening language, may have their account suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe violates this Agreement, you can report it to us using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our support team at [support@castingdoor.com]. We will investigate and take appropriate action as needed.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App after such changes, you accept the updated Agreement.

The App and its content, including all text, graphics, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use the App or any content for any unauthorized purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Castingdoor Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
